After much discussion, debate, and soul searching, acceptances for the San Cicaro anthology are finally sent. We here at Thunderbird Studios want to give a huge shout of appreciation for everyone who sent submissions. Know that we enjoyed reading all your stories and hope to see your names pop up again and again in time.
Although we’ve made our selections, we’re double checking with authors regarding bylines and a few other details before we announce the table of contents. These updates will come with further San Cicaro Pulse updates in the coming months. There’s a map of work to be complete between now and publication, and we’re starting on it next week.
Other Developments:
Some people have reached out to ask Thunderbird about when the next submission window will be. This answer is tricky. San Cicaro is one of Thunderbird’s original projects, but it’s not our only project. The distinction is best explained in a recent release over at Stoic, the game development studio who brought up the award-winning Banner Saga trilogy. Last week, Stoic unveiled their new store, complete with merchandise.
Drop by. You can pick up a free eBook copy of Only Bjorulf Knows, a novella by James Fadeley and produced by Thunderbird Studios. And yeah, there’s more news about this coming. Soon.
Real soon.
